She Said YES: What To Wear To A Summer Wedding

What to wear to a summer wedding as a bridesmaid or guest.

I have finally hit that age where my entire instagram feed is she said yes posts and baby bump photos. At 27 years old, I am at neither of those, but I will fully support my friends who are by wearing the best outfit on their day of love.

Whether you’re attending, or crashing, weddings are a time for celebration (and a time to take advantage of an open bar). But before we get to that, we have to focus on the right outfit. Whatever the occasion may be, you’ve come to the right place where all of that is covered. So no need to stress, I know that date came up quicker than expected.

Sit back. Have a drink. Relax.

  • Sexy in Silk

Nothing wrong with looking good when you’ve been sat at the weird table.

  •  Summer suiting

So you’re a pants girl. You can totally accomplish the wedding look without looking too casual. Wear a matching summer suit with elevated accessories. Jumpsuits are also a go!

  • Vintage babe

We all love a good vintage find (or a good recreation). Play around with different fabrics and silhouettes such as lace, ruffles and swing dresses. Pair with modern accessories to bring you back to the 21st century.

  • The Wedding Crasher

It wasn’t planned, you just happened to be at the hotel the same time as an awesome wedding with open bar. This is when you pull out your emergency LBD and do an up-do.

  • Go Bold.

This is for your bougie friend’s wedding. You wear whatever you want, but tastefully.
